This project consists of minor tenant improvements to the existing first and second floors, 23,679 SF each floor to the referenced building. The work consists of partial wall modifications and infill of changed door locations, new furniture systems, new flooring, new paint, new finish upgrades, casework upgrades, and partial new door additions. Electrical works consists of additional electrical outlets, rearrangement  of ceiling lighting, upgraded egress lighting and power identification. Mechanical work includes 3 additional VAV units and shifting of existing mechanical duct work. Exterior work includes new building signage upgrade and new rear entry building access.
