NORTHVIEW POINTE
This project consists of a two-story, 100% affordable permanent supportive housing project for formerly unhoused individuals, owned and operated by Excelerate Housing Group . Designed as special needs housing, it received funding from SHRA and TCAC. The project features 66 studio units, one two-bedroom unit, auxiliary community spaces, 14 on-grade parking spaces, and both long and short term bike parking.
