FINISH LINE APPROACHING FOR MERCED STATION

Merced Station Project consist of 15 Residential Apartment Buildings, a Clubhouse and a Maintenance Building.  The residential buildings are 3 stories high and 18 apartments each building.  Currently we are about 70% complete with the entire project.  The expected end date is approximately March 2022.  We have turned over 9 of the 15 total Residential Buildings and is expected to turn over building #10 the week of 12/20/2021.  The 9 buildings that were turned over are presently occupied by tenants.  The team is working together on tracking the punch list items and the project is shaping up. They can see the finish line ahead. They continue to push through obstacles and stay focused.
